How to Add a Notification Center to Your WordPress Admin Panel

First, you need to install and activate the plugin called Admin Notices Manager. There is no need to initially setup anything. The plugin will start to capture the notifications automatically.

On the left of the “Howdy Admin” greeting on the WordPress toolbar you will see the Admin Notices Manager. Once there are any new notifications, the number of new admin notices will change. You can manage the notification right from the Admin Notice panel.

If you need to edit the types of admin notices to receive in the notification center, go to the Settings section and then to the Admin Notices page. From here you can setup each type of standart admin notice:

  • green success notice;
  • red error notice;
  • yellowwarning notice:
  • blue information notice.

Don’t forget to click the Save Changes button when you are done with the settings.
