At Digital Octane we provide on-going support and hosting services for our CBD clients. It’s an optional feature and you can use any other hosting platform for your website if you’d like. 

But our service has some undeniable advantages over other services, mostly because we provide much more support than an ordinary hosting service.

We’d like to determine which services are and are not part of CBD Website Hosting and Maintenance.

What’s included:

• Hosting Service;
• Monthly Backups;
• Plugin and WordPress Core updates;
• PHP Updates;
• SSL Certificate issue and renewal;
• Products Upload and Management. We can upload products from any supplier or multiple suppliers. Up to 50 products a month, we also make instructions for you on how to easily manage products by yourself;
• Content Management: we can change texts / images on the website upon request. We can also add blog posts for you if you’ll send us the copy;
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Uptime monitoring
• Creating official Email Accounts under your domain name.

What is not included in the service and is discussed additionally:

• Custom design for elements or pages of the website;
• Custom page and template development;
• Layout changes or other changes of the website that include changing the code of the website are done separately;
• Adding and setting up new plugins.
