How Can I Export Email Addresses from WordPress Comments?

We recommend using a special plugin allowing to export email addresses from the comments in WordPress, for example, WordPress Comments Import & Export. It also allows to export any meta data addded to the comments.

After installing and activation of the plugin go to Comments > Comments Im-Ex, add a filter for the comments for export. You can add the time limit here in the Date section. It’s possible to export the comments from one certain post.

Scroll down, find the Columns section and select what information you would like to include in the report. And finalaize the process by clicking the Export Comments button. The report will be delivered in CSV file.
